Job Description : We are looking for an executive based at Gurgaon in credit control team.
The following are the roles & responsibility for this position: 1. Follow up with customer through calls/mails/visits for the payment and keeping record of output generated through such calls/mails/ visits on the company’s collection tool 2. Follow up for TDS certificates and statement of account for reconciliation 3. Resolving customer queries with respect to non-receipt of invoices by them and other related matters 4. Coordinating with debt collection/sales/operation team for getting money from customer 5. Preparing daily MIS of collection received on the company’s collection tool 6. Reconciliation of debtor’s account on regular basis. Job Skills : 1. Ability to establish and maintain good client relationship both internally and externally at all levels.
2. Self-starter who is pro active and can achieve goals. 3. A team player with a flexible approach and a willingness to learn. 4. Good communication skills
