Job Description : Hi, We are looking for HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive, who has good exposure to work with IT - Software Industry. Please find the details below:
• On boarding Process, ISO & CMMi Documentation, updation and maintenance of HRMS, Conducting Performance Appraisals, Exit Formalities, Employee Orientation, Event, Newsletter, Background Verification. • Should have 3-6 years of experience in Core HR functions. Should have experience in On boarding process, maintaining employee personnel files, Good knowledge of Performance Appraisal, should be able to work independently, Good coordination & communication skill. Should have experience in organizing & conducting Events across the organization. • Exposure to any HRMS would be added advantage. • Should have good knowledge of HR activities Ready to work 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
