Job Role : Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
# Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in USA.
# Troubleshoot Application Login related issues.
# Troubleshoot user profile setup issues.
# Troubleshoot Software related issues.
# Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.
# Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop
# Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application
# RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation
Profile:
# Any Engineering graduate/ PG with 0 to 2 Year of Experience.
# Excellent communication & Inter-Personal Skills.
# Basic knowledge of Software Testing.
# Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply. However, candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply.
# Prior experience on financial application support would be an added advantage but not a necessity.
# Ready to work in permanent night shift.
