Responsibilities:
# The scope of this responsibility covers India HR Administration activities
# Interact with support teams, Vendors and HRG's to resolve issues & inquiries
# Ensure on time processing of employee requests (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests, Personal File Management, Employment Verification, Leave Requests)
# Facilitate the pre and post on-boarding process: Induction
# Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries received from Employees / Managers / HRGs / COEs
# Tier 1 issues and inquiries resolution
# Escalation of issues that could not be resolved at Tier 1 to the SME/TL of the team. Use the escalation Matrix to quickly and efficiently escalate issue
