# Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
# Receiving calls from customers based out of US
# Solving queries and concerns on the call
# Arranging for any service required by the Customer
# Provide Customer with product and service information
# Sell Products to eligible Customers
# Up sell Products and Services
# Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
# Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
# Recommend process improvements
