Job Description:
# Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
# Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned products.
# Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
# Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
# Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
Profile:
# Should be open to work in rotational / night shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
# Should have excellent communication skills in English.
# Should be open to relocate to Chandigarh / Mohali in case of outstation candidates.
# Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
# Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience .
# Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
Preference:
# Candidates with more than 1 year of experience in technical support in a US process.
# Experience in desktop support or hardcore technical support.
# Candidates from Tri-city.
