Skills:
# Facilitating day-to-day team programmatic and reporting
# Analyzes and validates costs and supports in the status of a program/ project using a basic understanding of cost buildup and budgeting.
# Helping maintain program structure, as well as, managing and executing the PP&C MOS and associated artifacts
# Engaging globally diverse teams. Working with Honeywell engineering operations and project engineering processes
# Establish, baseline, and ensure adherence to the program plan, basis-of-estimate (BOE), statement-of- work (SOW), and work-breakdown-structure (WBS) (In coordination with the Program Manager (PM), other PP&C, and engineering focals)
# Ensuring the positioning, execution, and maintenance of a cost accounting structure aligned with site planning systems (i.e. SAP) and enabling Earned Value (EV) / Cost-Performance-Index (CPI) / Schedule-Performance-Index (SPI) reporting
# Coordinate estimation and forecasting in support of Baseline Change Management (BCM)
# Communicating across organizations, between focals, and amongst team members
# Ensure Aerospace policies and procedures are met as they pertain to program PP&C activities
Qualifications:
# Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field, or related work experience.
# 0-3 years of experience directly related to Project Management and/or planning & monitoring on product development programs
# Demonstrates initiative to learn and develop a proficient working knowledge of PP&C department operations.
