The person should be Creative having very good Drawing and Designing skills. And, regarding technology front should be experienced in Adobe CS6 ( Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Aftereffect, Dreamweaver), HTML4.01, HTML5, CSS2 CSS3, JavaScript, jquery, Action script3.0 ).
