Exp Required:1-3 years
Interview Process:1st round t-con; final Round: F2F
Responsible for resolving trouble tickets
Experience in PC, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
Good in OS troubleshooting(Win 7 apart from win 2K,XP,etc)
Experience in Lotus notes or outlook, MS word, MS excel.
Excellent Communication Skill.
