Desired Profile:
• Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
• Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews with the Clients and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
• Should be able to work independently
Desired Profile/Qualification:
* Should be soft spoken, pleasing personality, fluency in English.
* MBA,MSW and any other non Technical Graduates.
* Candidates in and around Ashok Nagar, Guindy, K K Nagar, MGR Nagar are preferred.
(Candidates who have attended interviews in the last 3 months-pls excuse)
