Job Description :
Financial Indicators:
- Ensuring the talent acquisition cost is maintained at the minimal level.
- Sourcing candidates and taking care of recruitment for the entire region
- Ensuring the timely review of the Team members/OTs to move into next level.
- Ensuring there is an increase in the internal promotions among the Operations department.
- Prepare & present performance related report periodically
- Ensuring the key employees are retained.
Customer Orientation & Process Indicators :
- Ensuring there is increase in the referrals at the ground level.
- Organize office picnic & Regional Café Manager Contest , Employee of the month etc
- Ensuring PMS compliance in the respective regions.
- Compliance of HR Practices & policies in conjunction with management pertaining to exit, F&F settlement
- Handle & resolve all employee grievances.
- Career panning & counseling.
- Regular café visits to engage employees at work place. Timely updation of documents & employee details, post recruitment.
- Communicates effectively with payroll manager regarding salary issues
Learning & Development:
- Ensuring training & development activities for the growth of team.
- Tracking the team performance & ensuring the periodical appraisals of the team.
Desired Profile :
HR Generalist Role
Candidates who have done MBA/PGDM(Full Time only)
having 6 months-2 yrs of experience in HR/Recruitment field
Preferably male candidates
Should be willing to travel
Strong in Base HR knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly analytical and data oriented
Research oriented
