Job Description :
- The job holder will be working with the Business Excellence team of Aviva Life, India.
- Calling up existing customers for capturing Voice of customer based on standard questionnaire
- Capturing the feedback received from the customers
This position will be on third party payrolls.
Qualifications:
Graduate from a reputed University/ Institute.
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Fluency in English
• Excellent customer service skills including strong communication and listening capabilities
• Proficient in MS office
