Primary purpose of the position: Sourcing candidates for KPO / Finance/ Investment Bank/Broking / IT / ITES Industry Clients
Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:
Handling the entire Recruitment Cycle.
Understanding the required competencies for the job positions.
Sourcing of profiles from various Job Portals.
Conducting preliminary interviews to check technical skills, softskills, and suitability of the candidate for the position.
Coordinating with the Clients for the scheduling of interview.
Handling post interview follow-ups. (Salary negotiation and joining assurance.
Head Hunting for high end profiles
Skill mapping, Networking and Client relationship management
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & convincing skills Good Presentation and analytical Skills.
Good Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills Eye for detail.
Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure Self-motivated
