Liaise with various branches / departments for complete resolution of customer query / complaint within committed TAT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Commerce or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
Required skill(s): good oral, written communication.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service – General or equivalent.
5 Full-Time positions available.
Graduate with Min 1-2 years experience in customer service / overall banking.
Should have knowledge of banking operations, procedures and systems.
Should have good oral and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of liability products, Process and Finware.
