Job Description:
Providing information as per defined standards.
Effective redressal of all customer complaints and providing solutions.
Educating customers about the product/Service.
Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Desired Profile:
Should have excellent proficiency in verbal english.
Enthusiastic, proactive and pleasing personality.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Compensation will be one of the best in the industry.
Cab will be provided in South Delhi,East Delhi,Ghaziabad and Noida.
