Compensation: Stipend: of 1.92 Lacs per Annum for one year training period. Once the training period will be over, Performance will be reviewed and candidate salary will be fixed accordingly.
Job Description :
-Provisioning and Maintenance of Servers for the clients.
-Providing IT support on the Windows Servers and desktops of the customers, remotely.
-Interaction with customers via phone, chat and email.
-Working in shifts as it is a 24x7 operation
Desired Profile :
-Minimum of 80% marks in 10th as well as 12th standard. Should have scored more than 70 in English.
-Any B.Tech degree with minimum of 70% or equivalent.
-Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
-Willing to Join immediately
