Job Description:
Calculating billing rate and communicating to plant for invoicing.
Calculation of bank charges & interest amount on c/c & term loan a/c and timely entering it in book’s of a/c’s
L/c payments
Preparing requests for opening of L/C’s / BG’s
Preparing requests for opening of L/C’s / BG’s
Getting the amendments made from banks
Keeping record of bank wise utilization of L/C & BG limits
Keeping date wise / bank wise record of L/C falling due for payments
Collecting bills from banks for acceptance
Sending bills to banks after acceptance
Maintaining records of bank wise / L/C wise bills
Desired Profile:
Candidate must have strong command on subject.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
