Job Description:
Handle inbound / outbound Portuguese &English calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines
Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Desired Profile:
0 – 1 Years Experience of transactions using Portuguese language to communicate to the customers
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Portuguese
Should be comfortable in working in UK/US shifts.
