Job Description:
Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards.
Effective redressal of all customer complaints and providing solutions.
Educating customers about the product/Service.
Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Desired Profile:
Fresher/Min.12th Cleared/Under Graduate/Graduate can apply.
PC literate – basic knowledge of internet, emails, and keyboard skills.
Decent communication Skills is a must.
Should be able to commute on own.
Should be comfortable with 24*7 Shifts.
