Handling request calls & service request mails.
Allocating those calls to engineers.
Prioritizing the calls as per the need of process and follow-up on the issues with customer Vs engineers.
Co-ordination with engineers and customer for the execution of service.
Timings:9 am – 6 pm (general shift)
