Monitor TAT, operational efficiency level, minimize error rates.
Ensure compliance with MSME Rules, Regulations & Procedures.
Resolution of customer complaints / issues.
Provide MIS reports to Management as per time schedule specified
Co-ordination with the Sales & Rating Team
