Job Description:
We expect the Human Resources Generalist to possess advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management & comprehensive understanding of individual motivation principles, micro and macro organizational behavior.
Pro-actively evaluate HR metrics and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
Support & implement new programs and training that drive the adoption of a winning culture
Enhance HR by integrating established best practices & by developing strong working relationships
Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues maintaining an appropriate balance between employee and management advocacy
