Job Description:
Identifies and resolve Level 1 interactions, and advise on appropriate actions in accordance with
HR policies, processes and employee relation activities/events
Research questions using available information resources
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Administer help desk application
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate next level of support per company Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) and procedures
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Prepare activity reports
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Manage Help desk related reports
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Accountability
Accountable for timely & quality resolution/response for the concerns handled on helpdesk.
Accountable for correct information dissemination
Preferred Experience
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of HR & Labor Processes and Policies
Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
