Job Description:
The person will be responsible to answer the queries over email with a sensitivity of customer requirements.
Need to manage the support mail box.
Responsible for providing first response to customer emails.
Working knowledge of MS office applications.
Need to maintain MIS reports.
Desired Profile:
Any Graduate ; Graduation is must.
Excellent English comprehension (email analysis)
Communication skills should be good
Working knowledge of MS-Office applications.
Should know how to interact with customers over emails.
