Job Description:
This position involves conducting Technical Trainings, assessment, testing, and instruction; completion of related documentation and reports; maintaining on-going student contact; maintaining student retention activities; and participation in staff and professional development activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provides educational instruction in assigned subject/topic/technology areas.
Conducts student assessment and testing, and options counseling to 100% of assigned students.
Provides instruction that produces Technical educational improvements for all assigned students as measured by student pre/post testing.
Weekly contacts any student who has an unexplained absence to discuss progress, and Documents contact with absent students.
Develops and submits 100% of learning documentation and progress forms (lesson plans, student portfolios, homework or testing results and other learning documentation) for 100% of assigned students in accordance with directed timeline requirements.
Prepares and submits 100% of student-related forms (weekly, bi-weekly and/or monthly student evaluations; student/attendance forms; tracking and information forms, informal assessments, and other required student-related documents) for 100% of assigned students in accordance with directed timeline requirements.
Complete and submits 100% of staff-related forms (timesheets, risk management forms, professional development forms, materials/supplies tracking forms, and other required staff-related documents) in accordance with directed timeline requirements.
Immediately notifies immediate supervisor of any and all support services that students may need. Documents referrals made.
Attends all directed meetings, seminars, workshops, staff development trainings, etc.; overnight travel occasionally required.
Reports to work regularly and on time.
Training Period: In order to developed the trained professional resource, in every respect of Training. The Selected candidates will be undergoing for Training as desired and required on self support basis. The Training period may differ as dependent on training modules. The standard training period is 4 months (2 months CRT and 2 Months OJT).

Stipend: During Training Duration, the candidate is eligible for the Rs 3000/- (as stipend amount).
Location of Training: CRT will be done at Delhi/Noida depending upon the module. OJT will be done at respective center/RO. During CRT candidates has to arrange their own boarding & lodging at Noida or Delhi.
Qualifications:
Education:
BE/B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication or EC for Telecom trainer and BE or three years Diploma in Electricals or EI or Instrumentation for IBMS (Electronics Surveillance) trainer with good academic record (Minimum 70% Overall).
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge and experience in: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Windows Operating System.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Work Environment:
