Job Description:
After a candidate is selected, ensure that all the pre-joining formalities are completed
Collect the required documents & send to HO to complete pre-joining formalities
Ensure all the joining formalities are complete including, filling up of the statutory forms, bank details etc.
Co-ordinate with the people responsible for completing the Induction
Ensure that the third party verification documents are dispatched to the vendor within the defined timelines
Ensure that the HO is notified of every employee’s resignation on time
Ensure that all exit formalities are complete & clearance form signed by all departments within TAT
Conduct an exit interview for all leaving employees
You should be a self-driven, dynamic personality committed to meeting targets and have excellent communication skills in English.
