Job Description:
To drive sales through the direct marketing units, handle relationship management and client servicing.
To do Business Development activity and identify new partners for tie-ups.
Selling Insurance products through various DM tie-ups and Call Center Agencies, achieving sales target month-on-month.
Client servicing, relationship management (Handle 3 tie-ups)
Training Call center / tie-up staff about the products and regularly update their insurance selling skills and processes.
Continuously monitor and report performance of third party call center and DM tie-ups. Identify and implement ways to improve performance
Prepare periodic MIS, market feedback reports and report to HO
Identify new tie-ups and explore business opportunity.
