Job Description:
To be able to up sell & cross sell travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions keeping in mind various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT.
Also receive and respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
Desired Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in any travel/hotel related courses will be an added advantage.
Must have good working knowledge of Amadeus with reservation, re-scheduling, cancellation and ticketing.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
