Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for:-
Attending the buyer/s Call (In Bound).
Should be able to comprehend the customers need and thereby responding to their queries.
Provide relevant information to Buyer in quick time.
Desired Profile:
Should possess excellent communication (verbal) skills in English and basic telephone etiquettes.
Knowledge of basic computer operations & Internet i s Must.
Willing to work in shifts.
Position is based out of Okhla.
