Job Description:
Projects Monitoring & Construction Control
Monitoring through Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports in line with Method Statements and Quality Control Plans
Core strengths in project planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Execution of construction projects without incidences time/cost overruns.
Adapt at designing & implementing quality systems and procedures to ensure strict adherence to quality parameters.
Key competencies in present construction methodologies and in managing materials & manpower resources to register maximum productive output
Site Supervision
Checking of shuttering & reinforcement work, finishing work
Execution of minor and major bridges,
Casting and erection of RE panels,
Execution of ROB,RE wall erecting and Conducting various Quality Control tests on soils, Aggregates, Cement and other construction materials for RE soil and concreting works in accordance with Indian Standards.
Preparing concrete design mix and getting approval from Client
Quality control Material testing covering Planning, Construction, Maintenance Supervision, Quality Assurance and Documentation
