Job Description:
Monitor R2K customer’s problem tracking system for new service requests and provide second level troubleshooting support and problem resolution.
Support the Development Team in migration and deployment
Manage escalation of issues to R2K engineering staff or 3rd party product vendors as required
Deploy change requests/vendor product upgrades to customer’s test and production environments
Perform general maintenance of customer’s test and production environments
Perform proactive applications monitoring and investigate automated problem alert notifications.
Candidates should be willing to work in flexible shift timings.
Desired Profile:
A first class bachelors degree OR
Diploma in computer applications from any recognized institute
Good analytical and problem solving skills
This will be a contract to hire positio n and candidates maybe absorbed into the payrolls of R2K Software post their performance review after 6 months.
Aptitude and attitude towards customer problems and their solutions
Must be a fast learner
Should be willing to work in flexible shifts.
Excellent communication skills
Should be good in MS Office and Excel
Knowledge of Networking MS SQL Server is not mandatory but will be highly desirable
Candidates who have appreared for test/interview in the last six months need not apply. 2008 and 2009 batch passouts can also apply.
