Job Description:
The position calls for an individual with a focus on building a career in Training.
The individual should showcase strong communication skills, managerial and administrative capabilities while demonstrating teamwork.
The individual will need to work closely with all teams to help bridge training gaps.
There will be ample opportunity to support strategic initiatives at the company.
The key result areas for this role are:
Organize training programs on an all India basis
Training coordination and logistics (training announcements, room setup, budgeting)
Create and maintain and publish the Training Calendar
Maintain accurate training records and statistics for MIS and reporting
Prepare Training and Nomination Dashboards
Work on post course feedback reports and feedback analysis
Maintain the Testing and Training databases and Skills Matrix
Assist in new hire Induction through trainer liaison and program coordination
Maintain, follow and update relevant training policies and SOPs
Provide administrative support and liaison with trainers
Design Tests / qualifications on the Skills Matrix
Prepare Dashboards and scorecards
Analytics and Quality Checks on the MIS
Work closely on the buddy program and engagement forums
To be groomed to become a Training delivery resource / back up
Manage the Learning management System (LMS)
To research on Vendors for various training programs
Desired Profile:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mind, independent, proactive, well organized and able to adhere to timelines
Able to grow with the organization and take on new challenges
Self motivated, meticulous, with strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Must have a flair for numbers and related analysis
Should be process driven
Six Sigma certification is plus
