Software development in Ruby / Ruby on Rails
MOSTFIT is an open source information system for Micro credit and MSME Lenders. We are a well funded start up being incubated by Intellecap, we already have three customers and are delivering a game changing open platform to the Micro credit and MSME Lending sector.
To do this, of course, we need the right team and are looking to hire experienced developers, young developers.

Desired Profile:
We need developers for a Ruby on Rails application and so deep Ruby experience will count for a lot but non-Rubyists should apply as well.
We understand that for the correct kind of hacker a new language is never a problem.
Experience in Python, Lisp, Javascript and MVC architectures are desirable.
If you do not have any ruby experience, you may still apply for a Junior Developer position.
We're looking for attitude rather than aptitude.
