Job Description:
Installation of Antivirus, Solving customer technical issues, Showing demo / Presentation to customer.
Troubleshooting. Repairing of Operating System.
Providing telephonice support to customers .
Desired Profile:
MCSE / MCSA / CCNA / A+ / N+ Course. Working Practical Knowledge of OS; LAN Configuration; Internet Setup.
General knowledge of Hardware and networking.
Able to Identify & Understand the Problem in the PC or LAN. Trouble Shooting.
