Job Description:

Desired Profile:
Study and analysis of technology to determine patentability through literature searches
Assessment of commercial potential of technologies vis-a-vis existing technologies and market players
Analysis of a portfolio of patents / patent applications in a given technology domain
Analysis of an innovative technology to estimate the value of one or more patents and device various methods to effectively commercialize the patents
Detailed and critical analysis of patents and products to determine potential infringement and licensing opportunities
Drafting a complete patent application for an invention disclosure in accordance with patent office (USPTO/EPO) guidelines.
