Support Analyst Partner Operations - Mobile Financial Services
Position description:
The Support Analyst Partner Operations is a position for handling Partner Operations managing various operational activities with partners.
The position reports to Manager, Partner Operations.
Key Tasks:
Documentation of manuals with partners and sign-off
On-boarding and training to Partners for conducting daily operations
Coordination with Partners for smooth running of daily activities
Coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Channels & Marketing
Resolving any operational issue raised by Customer within agreed SLAs
Conducting daily reconciliations for the transactions carried out to facilitate settlement with Partners
Carrying out daily activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
Updating process manuals and documentation
Filing and maintaining records for all transactions
Compliance with internal and external regulations, guidelines and policies
Handling all customer issues / queries as per agreed SLAs
Resolving customer queries received from Customer Support Team as per agreed SLAs
Carrying out all the processes as per agreed SLAs
Following all internal guidelines and policies
Cross-training of team members on daily activities
MIS & Reporting
Desired Profile:
Commerce Graduate
0-3 years experience in handling reconciliations
Experience in bank, operator or other customer facing high-volume transaction business
Knowledge of Settlement Process
Good communication skills
Collaboration and networking with 3rd parties and business functions
Understand the operations process
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS office
