Job Description:
Responsible for residential and commercial sales.
Attending meetings with clients and business associates.
Active participation in corporate presentations and brand promotion activities.
Coordination with financial institution and banks to arrange home loans for the customers.
Handling existing broker’s network and develop the network by arranging new brokers.
Coordination with commercial team who takes care of after sales such as allotment of unit, agreements, sale deed & lease deed, Installment calls, Receipts of payments, maintenance of DSR.
Desired Profile:
Must be an MBA or equivalent.
Excellent Communication Skills with pleasing personality and good interpersonal
Should have good presentation and negotiation skills.
