Software Tester - Manual and Automation
Software Testing professionals needed for a company located in Gurgaon.
Our software development firm is seeking a well organized and highly motivated Software Tester to join our QA team for automated and manual testing.
The Software Tester will have the following (but not limited to) key responsibilities:
Functional, system, integration, regression and performance testing
Review functional requirements and user documentation
Designing, writing, and executing manual and automated test plans
Designing, writing, and executing test cases and procedures that define specific test criteria and the expected results to be achieved
Perform risk analysis, as needed, along with proposed mitigation strategies
Interface and work closely with local and remote development teams to call attention to problems, resolving problems and/or assist in recreating them
Desired Profile:
Successful candidates require the following:
Knowledge in Rational Robot and Test Manager, or other automated testing tools
A degree in a computer related discipline
Knowledge in creating high level test plans
Knowledge in identifying and creating test scenarios and executing manual functional tests
Ability to work independently and to drive to results and time lines
Understanding and execution of the following testing types (functional, integration, error, security, performance)
