Preferable experience in collections process
Desired Profile:
0– 3 yrs experience in Voice based process (inbound customer service / query resolution or outbound collections / customer service) interacting with US residents.
Knowledge of FDCPA
Possess excellent Communication Skills
Work Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel)
