• UG should have atleast 1yr International call center OR 2yrs other domain experience.
• BE/BTECH freshers 65% Or 1yr International call center exp.
For Technical Support:
. Good communication skills
• Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting.
• Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
• Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process.
• Troubleshooting customer queries regarding Laptops and Desktops.
• Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers.
• Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile.
• Provide First - level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
• Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
• Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.
