* Understanding of business requirements.
* Automation Testing with QTP.
* If Certified it would be an aded advantage.
* Client interaction experience.
* Familiarity with onsite/offshore model.
* Awareness of CMMi processes will be an added advantage.
* Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
* Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as good interpersonal skills.

* Good analytical skills and problem solving skills and willingness to learn new domains and technologies and stay hands on.
* Understand the business problem (implicit and explicit requirements) and develop high quality solution working while working as a great team player.
* Contribute as both in individual capacity as well as mentor junior team members. Ensure that the solution implements best practices applicable.
