Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
Experience : 0-2 Years
Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
Job Duties:
Act as primary contact for current and new customers
Support current and new business
Support and grow new business
Generate quotations and proposals for customers in a timely manner
Assist in building pipeline and meet sales target
Creatively solve customer problems and issues and follow them through to their resolution
10-15% domestic and international travels
Up keep of account listing & database
Update the prospect report weekly
Qualifications:
BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Science, or Food Science
Good communication and writing skills
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Must be highly motivated and good project and time management skills
Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel and major CRM packages (Goldmine, ACT, SalesForce.com, etc)
Education:
BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Science, or Food Science
