Position Overview:
As part of our strategic growth, Amdocs is currently seeking a PMO located in Pune, India,
Major Responsibilities:
o Become knowledgeable with assigned SLA definition, targets and data sources
o Data gathering from automated reports, manual sources or various teams , and populating into SLA excel templates
o populate data in SLA Ecxel tempalte ensure data completeness and formulas correct.
o Adhere to SLA schedules, Have SLA data ready on time
o Daily monitoring of SLA related events (outages, defects etc), and update of daily/weekly dashboard
o Shadow additional SLA measurements for backup.
o Responsible for current and future reports/deliverables as needed
o Responsible to store all materials in the shared folder in an organized mannero Manage quality assurance of reports in advance of distribution
o Follow and maintain current Calendar of Deliverable for your scope , Be familiar with SLA and PMO calendar and scheduleso Be attentive and responsive to Ad-hoc requests (tasks, reports etc)
Requirements:
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills. Able and interested to work in a full matrix environment.
o High proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel( including some knowledge of VBA/Macros) word and PowerPoint
o Some development experience: Understanding of databases, SQL statements, ODBC, ACCESS
o Attention to detail
o Committed to timely deliverables,
o Well organized, effective time management skills.
o Dependable, responsible and able to work independently with little supervision and direction.
o Ability to interact in a professional manner with all individuals and teams
o Dependability in meeting commitments, even under tight timeframeso Capability to manage multiple priorities
o Able to handle confidential information appropriately
1) Oracle db and SQL (Must, at least 1 year experience)
2). VBA/VB6 - Must, at least 1-2 years experience
3). Cold Fusion ? Nice to have, but not a must
4). Experience with web forms ? Nice to have but not a must
