Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields required; Masters Business Administration – Marketing / IT regular course degree is preferred
Experience: 4+ years of related work experience in IT Projects .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director Operations of ATIPL. Develop, marketing plan, budget, operational plan to achieve business objectives in a specified time frame.
Will be an account manager for ATIPL for end to end delivery of project till the account receivables and the entire satisfaction of the client .
Working with the Director Operations, monitor and manage to the marketing budget for the assigned territory /area of operation.
Work towards new customer acquisition accounts in India and other territories assigned to you, establishing mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships.
Provide leadership and directly participate in activities related to the proper execution of client projects, developing and executing implementation project plans, facilitating client decision processes and project activities, counseling and assisting client and Acro team members regarding project tasks, and facilitating the resolution of project issues.
Develop Executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process.
Developing the network with top management and liaison with other industry / Govt. senior level key officials to leverage the business deals.
Arranging meetings with top management of ATIPL with Top management team and the MAN (Man with Money Authorities & Need) of clients/prospects.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Description:
Identify and qualify the lead, Qualify the prospects.
Ability to give presentation on ATIPL capabilities as differentiator in MNC's.
Taking User requirements from prospects as business analyst.
Pre-Sales activities to develop the prospects .
Develop the business pipeline. Ability to adopt the market moves keep eye on competitors.
Ability to take judgment on time sent on prospects.
Identifying & developing sponsor’s in clients/prospects place.
Develop solution document .Proposals and RFP and Sales of IT Projects.
Developing Accounts for Mobile Computing applications & Custom application development, IT application maintenance & IT application testing services.
Networking for business development for customer acquisitions.
Account manager role for end to end deliveries in tandem with technical team. Ability to close the sales.
Special Requirements::
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as leadership skills. Effective marketing, proposal writing and presentation skills. Ability to work with all types of people, including listening and understanding, conveying ideas and opinions. Ability to develop close business relationships with client personnel while protecting and furthering Acro’s business interests. Ability to handle conflict well. Must have reliable transportation. Must have proficient computer skills. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as, discounts commissions, bill rates, and percentages.
